Tour Highlights:
Day 1:
Channel crossing with an overnight stay near Metz, France.
Day 2:
Travel onwards through the historically rich Alsace region before arriving in Bad Dürrheim, your base for the holiday.
Day 3:
Enjoy a day in the local area with wine tasting and a traditional Black Forest cake workshop.
Day 4:
Journey along one of the most scenic railways through the legendary Black Forest, featuring 40 tunnels and countless photo opportunities. Visit a museum to discover more about the region’s fascinating history.
Day 5:
Relax with a cruise across the crystal-clear Titisee, the largest natural lake in the Black Forest and home of the famous Black Forest Gateau. Later, experience the charming Pig Tail steam railway, named for its curly route of hairpins, tunnels and viaducts.
