• Day 1 – Arrival in Cheshire: Travel to our hotel in Warrington, checking in to the 4★ Park Royal Hotel with porter service and an included 3-course evening dinner.
• Day 2 – Peak District, Bakewell & Buxton Crescent: Head into the Peak District National Park. Visit Bakewell to explore independent shops and sample an authentic Bakewell Tart, before continuing to the spa town of Buxton for a guided tour of the famous Buxton Crescent Experience.
• Day 3 – Historic Chester & River Dee Cruise: A leisure-filled day in charming Chester. Enjoy a scenic 30-minute River Dee cruise with commentary, followed by time to browse the unique double-level Rows, enjoy café culture, or visit Chester Cathedral.
• Day 4 – Kittywake Canal Cruise & RHS Garden Bridgewater: Enjoy a delightful 2-hour canal cruise with Kittywake Canal Cruises in Wigan. Afterward, head to the magnificent 154-acre RHS Garden Bridgewater to wander the transformed historic grounds of Worsley New Hall.
• Day 5 – Homeward Journey: After breakfast, we begin our comfortable journey home with wonderful memories of the Peaks and Plains.
